How are footlong macros calculated?
Subway's guide says to double the 6-inch values for a footlong, so the calculator doubles the bread and every filling. Cookies are never doubled.
Can I calculate a large salad or a large wrap?
Yes. Switch to Salad, or pick a wrap, and turn on Large. A large salad or wrap has double the fillings of a regular, and double meat on a large gives four serves of protein. Large wraps use the larger tortilla row from the guide.
